Job Description

  • Perform and Follow up the daily administrative work, (Assign Needed reports ,Employees salaries and wages ),Financial reports ( Sales , purchases, Bills, Custodies ,…etc.)
  • Managing the office's budget from (operating needs, procurement, and every thing needed for the office 
    Supervise customer complaints and inquiries and make sure about their satisfaction .
  •  Conducting interviews for new employees and complete the procedures for hiring them and complete their  files and all papers reacted to hiring process .
  • Responsible for dealing with government agencies for every thing related with employees from (Social insurance offices & Labor office )
  • Follow-up subordinate employees  (attendance - leaves - Excuses -professional performance - behavior - trained new employees  on company system , and oriented them with company policy , their responsibilities and daily tasks .
  • Delegating  daily tasks to the subordinates , and follow up how they apply its .
  • Organizing CEO meetings  (Schedule the appointments , Receive phone calls, send & deliver Emails ) .
  • Dealing with suppliers, Vendors , visitors, and everyone related to IN connect with the company in & out side  .
  • Follow up office social media accounts .

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor degree, preferred Accounting & Law degree graduates .
  • Extra courses & Certificates is plus .
  • Excellent usage for Microsoft office especially Excel , Word  programs.
  • Very good in using English Language .
  • Excellent Personal Skills ( Strong character, hard worker, organized , Time management , Multi task , ability to build team .
