Job Description
Follow up on the sales process within the branch
o Organizing the branch administratively
* Ensure the proper flow of work inside the branch, its cleanliness, the way products are displayed, the safety of the branch’s furnishings, and follow up on the necessary maintenance work for the tools and equipment inside the branch.
* Follow up on the sellers who deal directly with customers during the sales process and their ability to meet the customer’s needs and present the company’s products to him
* Work to achieve the monthly sales target for its branch and correct any shortcomings in achieving the target
Responsible for developing the company’s sales in his region in all ways that achieve the best return for the company and that do not conflict with the company’s sales management regulations, opening new channels of dealing with new customers, and working to increase the company’s market share.
* Work to increase the level of customer satisfaction with the company, follow up on resolving all customer complaints, periodically update the customer complaints record, and follow up with the departments concerned with the complaint until the customer’s complaint is resolved.
Follow up on the sales, operation and Factory sector departments to ensure that customer orders are delivered on time.
* Follow up with sellers in presenting new designs and drawings to customers and placing the order that the customer needs
Ensuring the speed and quality of customer service from the time the customer enters the branch until he leaves, and following up in issuing the customer’s invoice
* Directing and training his work team, and following up on their administrative commitment
Job Requirements
Proven branch management experience, as a Furniture Brand Manager or similar role
Sufficient knowledge of modern management techniques and best practises
Ability to meet sales targets and production goals
Familiarity with industry’s rules and regulations
Excellent organizational skills
Results driven and customer focused
Leadership and human resources management skills
BS in Business Administration or related field
