Job Description

  • Ensuring frequent cleaning, hygiene, and maintenance to maintain the company’s image.
  • Accountable for creating reporting system for the department.
  • Issuing monthly, quarterly, and annual report to the department head that covers all functions.
  • Managing the security team throughout the plant (follow-up, attendance, and scheduling)
  • Managing administration general services scope (Cleaning, Stationary, Cleaning equipment, etc.)
  • Managing company’s transportation (Contracts, follow-up, and transportation plan).
  • Tracking stocks/inventory of office supplies and placing orders when necessary.

Job Requirements

  • University degree - Business Administration or equivalent.
  • From 1 to 5 years of experience in the Administration, General Services, or Shared Services.
  • Excellent command of the English language
  • Very good skills in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, and Word)
  • Very good reporting skills and data management.
  • High interpersonal, negotiating, leadership & planning skills.
  • Excellent communication skills and an assertive personality.
