Job Description
- Ensuring frequent cleaning, hygiene, and maintenance to maintain the company’s image.
- Accountable for creating reporting system for the department.
- Issuing monthly, quarterly, and annual report to the department head that covers all functions.
- Managing the security team throughout the plant (follow-up, attendance, and scheduling)
- Managing administration general services scope (Cleaning, Stationary, Cleaning equipment, etc.)
- Managing company’s transportation (Contracts, follow-up, and transportation plan).
- Tracking stocks/inventory of office supplies and placing orders when necessary.
Job Requirements
- University degree - Business Administration or equivalent.
- From 1 to 5 years of experience in the Administration, General Services, or Shared Services.
- Excellent command of the English language
- Very good skills in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, and Word)
- Very good reporting skills and data management.
- High interpersonal, negotiating, leadership & planning skills.
- Excellent communication skills and an assertive personality.
