Job Description
1) Perform a variety of responsible, confidential and complex administrative, technical and secretarial duties.
2) Plan meetings and take detailed minutes
3) Handle and prioritize all outgoing or incoming correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages etc.)
4) Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
5) Manage calendars and schedules, screening callers and arranging appointments, meetings, and conferences as directed
6) Develop and maintain a filing system
7) Operate office equipment including copiers facsimile and computer job Requirements

Job Requirements
1) University Degree.
2) Very Good English language.
3) Excellent in Business writing .
4) 3-5 years of experience as an office manager
5) Very good user of Microsoft office & Microsoft Project
6) High communication & presentation competencies.
