Job Description

Job Purpose:
Managing specific customers or groups of customers’ end-to-end operations and supporting the overall customer experience. ​

Job Responsibilities:

  • Handling the E2E operation for the customer starting from the onboarding till the month-end invoicing and KPI’s reporting:​
  • Onboarding:​
  • Handle the onboarding process upon operation implementation, including master data creation, platform orientation, SLA and operational metrics alignment, etc. ​
  • Inventory Management: ​
  • Including the inbound, outbound, and inventory reconciliation activities. ​
  • Order Fulfillment: ​
  • Ensuring orders are being fulfilled accurately and on time. ​
  • Order Delivery:​
  • Ensuring orders are delivered on time and COD transfer is processed as per agreed SLA.​
  • Handling customers' returns and rejections.​
  • Billing & KPI’s Reporting: ​
  • Issuing the monthly invoices as per commercial agreement.​
  • Reporting the customer(s)’ KPI’s and analysis. ​
