Managing specific customers or groups of customers’ end-to-end operations and supporting the overall customer experience.
- Handling the E2E operation for the customer starting from the onboarding till the month-end invoicing and KPI’s reporting:
- Handle the onboarding process upon operation implementation, including master data creation, platform orientation, SLA and operational metrics alignment, etc.
- Inventory Management:
- Including the inbound, outbound, and inventory reconciliation activities.
- Order Fulfillment:
- Ensuring orders are being fulfilled accurately and on time.
- Order Delivery:
- Ensuring orders are delivered on time and COD transfer is processed as per agreed SLA.
- Handling customers' returns and rejections.
- Billing & KPI’s Reporting:
- Issuing the monthly invoices as per commercial agreement.
- Reporting the customer(s)’ KPI’s and analysis.
