Job Description

As an E-Commerce Acquisition Executive at Paymob, you will play a crucial role in driving the growth and success of our e-commerce business. You will be responsible for acquiring new e-commerce merchants and expanding our network of partnerships, ultimately contributing to the company's revenue goals. This position requires a strong understanding of the e-commerce industry, exceptional sales and negotiation skills, and the ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.

 

Responsibilities:

 

  • Identify and target potential e-commerce merchants by conducting market research and analysis.
  • Develop and implement a strategic plan to acquire new e-commerce merchants, focusing on key markets and industries.
  • Build and nurture relationships with key decision-makers at potential merchant partners through effective communication and relationship management.
  • Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to showcase the benefits of partnering with Paymob.
  • Negotiate partnership terms and agreements, ensuring mutual benefits for both parties.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and operations, to ensure seamless onboarding and integration of new merchants.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments in the e-commerce space.
  • Provide regular reports and analysis on acquisition performance, including insights and recommendations for improvement.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field. A master's degree is a plus.
  • Proven track record of success in business development or sales, preferably in the e-commerce industry.
  • Strong knowledge of the e-commerce landscape, including market trends, platforms, and payment solutions.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Excellent sales and negotiation abilities, with a natural flair for closing deals.
  • Highly motivated and target-driven, with a passion for achieving and exceeding sales goals.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools to manage leads and track performance.
