Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled Media Buyer to join our growing performance team.
This role is responsible for the strategic planning, setup, optimization, and scaling of paid advertising campaigns across platforms like Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Google (Search & Display), YouTube, and TikTok.
The ideal candidate is both data-driven and creative-minded, capable of managing multiple client accounts while focusing on achieving tangible growth results (CPL, ROAS, CAC goals).
You will work closely with our Marketing Strategist, Creative Team, and Client Success Managers to ensure that campaigns align with overall strategy and client objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Campaign Strategy:
- Collaborate with the strategist to translate client goals into tactical paid media plans
- Design campaign structures (CBO/ABO, SKAGs, DABA) based on platform and funnel stage
- Campaign Setup & Management:
- Build and launch campaigns on Meta, Google, YouTube, TikTok, and LinkedIn
- Execute audience targeting, creative testing, budget management, and bid strategies
- Ensure accurate pixel, event tracking, and conversion setup
- Optimization & Scaling:
- Monitor campaigns daily and make proactive optimizations
- Apply A/B testing frameworks for creative, copy, and audience refinement
- Scale winning campaigns systematically based on defined KPIs
- Pause/adjust underperforming ads based on data-driven decision-making
- Performance Analysis:
- Analyze campaign data (CPL, CPA, ROAS, CTR, CVR, etc.)
- Identify insights and recommend strategic pivots if necessary
- Report key findings to internal teams and support client communications
- Collaboration & Innovation:
- Work hand-in-hand with creative team to guide ad content direction
- Stay updated on platform algorithm changes, beta features, and new best practices
- Suggest new channels, audiences, and creative formats for continuous improvement
Job Requirements
Job Requirements:
- Experience:
- 3+ years of media buying experience across Meta Ads and Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube)
- Proven success managing lead generation and/or e-commerce campaigns
- Direct experience managing multiple client accounts simultaneously
- Track record of hitting KPIs (CPL, ROAS, CAC) within performance-driven environments
- Skills:
- Deep knowledge of paid media platforms (Meta, Google, YouTube, TikTok)
- Strong understanding of full-funnel advertising strategies (TOF, MOF, BOF)
- Ability to design and interpret A/B tests for creatives and audiences
- Strong analytical skills with ability to translate data into action
- Working knowledge of tracking setups (Facebook Pixel, GA4, Conversion API)
- Solid understanding of attribution models, retargeting strategies, and funnel mapping
