Job Description
- We're hiring a Remote Quotation & Customer Support Coordinator to assist with form submissions, generate quotes, and manage basic Shopify draft orders.
- You'll personalise customer interactions using templates, making it easier for our director to focus on higher-level tasks.
- This is a trainable role but an interest and Basic understanding of DC electrics (12V/24V systems) or high technical aptitude would be ideal.
- You are proactive, detail-oriented, and customer-friendly.
Responsibilities
- Review daily form submissions on our website.
- Use templates to generate Shopify draft orders
- Customise orders based on customer form details
- Add a short personalised message to explain the quote
- Follow up with leads via email, providing assistance or answering questions
- Escalate technical queries to the director when necessary
Job Requirements
- Excellent written English
- Good eye for detail and accuracy
- Basic understanding of DC electrics (12V/24V systems) or high technical
- aptitude
- Fast learner – especially with Shopify
- Available Monday to Friday to align with UK work week
- Reliable internet & home working environment
- Strong sense of customer service and helpfulness
