Job Description

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and respond to client emails promptly and professionally
  • Prepare and update quotes based on customer needs and order changes
  • Communicate product upgrades, changes, and availability
  • Track order progress and update clients with accurate information
  • Liaise with the director to ensure smooth communication flow
  • Keep detailed records of customer interactions and updates


 


 

Job Requirements

What You’ll Bring: 

  • Fluent English (written and spoken) – must be professional and clear
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Experience in preparing quotes and managing client updates
  • Attention to detail, reliability, and strong organisational habits
  • Experience with Google Workspace, Gmail, and cloud tools
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
