Job Description
- Act as the primary liaison for VIP clients through email, video calls, and WhatsApp
- Ensure daily monitoring of customer activity and follow-up to maintain case volume targets
- Onboard new clients to our platform and complete CRM setup, case cards, protocols, and MES tools
- Maintain structured communication and proactive engagement to ensure client satisfaction
- Work dedicated shifts covering Europe and USA time zones
- Collaborate cross-functionally to support the broader commercial and operational goals
Job Requirements
- Clinical background required (Dentist preferred)
- Previous experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or Client Services
- Strong communication skills in English (both written and spoken); Spanish or other languages are a plus.
- Highly organized with excellent follow-through and attention to detail
- Able to thrive in a fast-paced, remote-first environment
- Proficient in CRM systems and digital communication platforms
