Job Description

  • Act as the primary liaison for VIP clients through email, video calls, and WhatsApp
  • Ensure daily monitoring of customer activity and follow-up to maintain case volume targets
  • Onboard new clients to our platform and complete CRM setup, case cards, protocols, and MES tools
  • Maintain structured communication and proactive engagement to ensure client satisfaction
  • Work dedicated shifts covering Europe and USA time zones
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to support the broader commercial and operational goals

Job Requirements

  • Clinical background required (Dentist preferred)
  • Previous experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or Client Services
  • Strong communication skills in English (both written and spoken); Spanish or other languages are a plus.
  • Highly organized with excellent follow-through and attention to detail
  • Able to thrive in a fast-paced, remote-first environment
  • Proficient in CRM systems and digital communication platforms
