We are seeking a dedicated After-Sales Service Engineer to join our team. This role will focus on providing exceptional support for our blowing molding, injection, and extrusion machines at customer sites. The ideal candidate will ensure seamless installation of new machines, supervise technical operations at international exhibitions, and manage spare parts orders from our suppliers in China and Taiwan.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Machine Installation and training:

• The installation of blowing molding, injection, and extrusion machines at customer factories.
• Conduct training sessions for new customers post-installation to ensure they can operate the machines effectively.
• Provide support to enhance customer confidence and machine utilization.
  • Provide technical and engineering supervision during the installation of new machines at international exhibitions in Egypt.

Technical Supervision:

1. After-Sales Support:
   • Act as the primary point of contact for customers post-installation, addressing any technical queries or issues.
   • Conduct regular follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction and machine performance.
2. Spare Parts Management:
   • Manage the process of spare parts orders for customers, from quotation requests to delivery.
   • Contact suppliers in China and Taiwan to ensure timely and accurate Delivery of orders.
3. Documentation and Reporting:
   • Maintain accurate records of installations, customer interactions, and spare parts orders.
   • Provide regular reports on customer feedback and machine performance to management.
