Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic, highly motivated, and experienced Real Estate Agent to join our luxury sales team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will specialize in selling high-end properties, both off-plan from top developers and secondary market (ready or resale properties). The role requires a deep understanding of Dubai’s luxury real estate market, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and the ability to build strong relationships with high-net-worth clients locally and internationally.
Job Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of UAE real estate experience (leasing or sales)
- Proven track record in property sales or rentals
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and a team player
- Comfortable using CRM tools and digital platforms
