Job Description
- Design and deliver employee training programs (e.g. individual, team, skill-based and management training)
- Develop mentoring and coaching sessions for employees
- Build succession plans
- Design employee promotion policies
- Discuss career-pathing options with high-potential employees
- Boost employee morale by implementing performance-based bonuses
- Conduct skills gap analyses to determine personnel needs
- Create organizational charts and define each position’s responsibilities
- Organize quarterly and annual performance review sessions
- Manage department’s budget
- Calculate employee engagement metrics, like retention and turnover rates
- Perform benchmark analyses of compensation and benefits
- Provide team members with direction for leadership and development initiatives
- Oversee sourcing and hiring procedures to ensure we attract and select high-potential employees
Job Requirements
- Proven executive-level experience as Vice President of Talent Management or in a comparable senior HR leadership role
- Experience in dual education initiatives, working collaboratively with universities or academic institutions to align talent development with educational frameworks
- In-depth knowledge of performance management systems, processes, and best practices
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels
- Strong and proven leadership capabilities, with a track record of building and managing high-performing teams
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, or a related field
- Professional certifications in HR Management (e.g., Tomas, DDI, SHRM, CDI) HR management program is preferred
- Advanced proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) to efficiently manage HR operations and data analytics
- Expert-level experience with employee assessment centers, including design, implementation, and evaluation
- FMCG industry experience is a must
