Job Description
- - Handle the full cycle of import, including request for quotation (RFQ), supplier communication, price negotiation, and purchase order issuance
- - Coordinate international shipments, follow up with suppliers and freight forwarders, and ensure timely delivery of materials
- - Prepare and review import documentation
- - Ensure compliance with customs regulations and import requirements
- - Evaluate supplier performance and maintain up-to-date supplier records
- - Provide administrative support to the import department
Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree in Pharmacy, Business Administration, Supply Chain or similar degree
- 3-5 years of experience in Import
- Industry: Experience in the pharmaceutical field is preferred
- Languages: Excellent in English and Arabic (written and spoken
