Job Description
- Receiving Pre-alerts for Air & ocean Freehand shpts from Agents
- Applying on System, issue invoices , inform customers , follow till delivered & updating agents.
- Arranging a daily reports to customers
- Negotiating with agents & shipping lines for import rates, quoting services to agents & clients < freight – door to door services .
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree
- Fluent English is required.
- Good command of Microsoft Office (including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook etc.) skills.
- 2- 8 years experience is preferred
- Age 27 -38.
- Excellent communication, time management and organizational skills
- Strong business and Admin acumen, including strong problem-solving and communication skills, critical thinking and self-initiative;
