Job Description
- Handle end-to-end import logistics processes including order tracking, shipment booking, and documentation
- Coordinate with suppliers, freight forwarders, carriers, and customs brokers to ensure timely and smooth inbound shipments.
- Ensure compliance with import regulations, customs clearance procedures, and international trade laws.
- Prepare and verify import documentation such as purchase orders, commercial invoices, packing lists, bills of lading, and certificates of origin.
- Follow up on shipment schedules and resolve any issues related to delays, damages, or missing items.
- Work closely with the purchasing, finance, and warehouse teams to support planning and on-time delivery.
- Keep updated with changes in global trade, import regulations, and customs requirements.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Supply Chain, or a related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in import logistics or international supply chain operations.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage documentation accurately.
- Familiarity with MTs, Incoterms, NAZFA, HS codes, and import clearance procedures is required.
