Job Description
- Coordinate between the sales department and other departments (such as production, warehouse, shipping, and finance).
- Follow up on sales orders and update them on the system.
- Prepare and process all sales-related documents (invoices, quotations, purchase orders, contracts).
- Respond to customer inquiries regarding orders and provide updates on order status.
- Prepare regular sales reports for management.
- Coordinate the company’s participation in medical exhibitions, including handling registrations and logistical arrangements.
- Prepare product samples for exhibitions and customer presentations when needed.
- Provide both administrative and logistical support to the sales team.
Job Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the medical supplies or manufacturing sector.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and ERP systems (if applicable).
- Strong communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work under pressure.
- High attention to detail and ability to coordinate across multiple teams.
