Job Description
- Sales administrators process sales orders, invoices, and payments, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Handle customer's inquiries, resolve issues, and provide support, often acting as a liaison between customers and the sales team.
- Maintain sales records, generate reports, and track sales performance, contributing to sales forecasting and analysis.
- Provide general administrative support to the sales team, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and handling correspondence.
- Sales administrators help maintain the cleanliness and accuracy of the sales pipeline, ensuring that sales data is up-to-date and readily available.
- Handling orders delivery to customers and manage team of delivery repesentitives.
