Job Description
- Assist in managing all technical aspects of construction projects.
- Prepare projects civil budget
- Prepare lumpsum civil contract amount .
- Review Qs for construction projects (items & Steel )
- Negotiate contract lumpsum price with contractors
- Make price analysis and prepare unit prices for all items
- Preparing bill of quantities and tender document, drafting contract conditions.
- Undertaking cost analysis for construction works.
- Studying contractors claims and change orders and prepare contract annexes
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Architecture Engineering.
- Minimum 10 years experience as a Quantity surveying engineer in the construction company.
- Very good command of English.
- Experience in construction is a must.
- AutoCAD is a must
- Proficient use of Microsoft Office ( Excel & Word)
- Primavera & Rivet are Plus
