Job Description
- Monitor and report on key issues to the Project Coordinator
- Translate documents and act as an interpreter when needed
- Organizing, attending and participating in all meetings
- Documenting and following up all meeting
- Preparing necessary presentation materials for meetings
- Ensuring project deadlines are met
- Providing administrative support as needed
- Ensuring projects adhere to frameworks and all documentation is maintained appropriately for each project
- Follow up the project management calendar for fulfilling each goal and objective
Job Requirements
Specific requirements for the role
- University degree preferably Bachelor of Laws
- Previous experience with NGO in a similar context is an asset
- Very good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, word) programs
- Fluent in English and Arabic (verbal and written form
Personal attributes
- Analytical, synthetic and planning capabilities, initiative, flexibility
- Communication skills (written and oral), good interpersonal skills, ability to build networks
- Knowledge file management, transcription, and other administrative procedures
- The ability to write reports
