Job Description

  • Monitor and report on key issues to the Project Coordinator 
  • Translate documents and act as an interpreter when needed
  • Organizing, attending and participating in all meetings
  • Documenting and following up all meeting 
  • Preparing necessary presentation materials for meetings
  • Ensuring project deadlines are met
  • Providing administrative support as needed
  • Ensuring projects adhere to frameworks and all documentation is maintained appropriately for each project
  • Follow up the project management calendar for fulfilling each goal and objective

Job Requirements

Specific requirements for the role

  • University degree preferably Bachelor of Laws
  • Previous experience with NGO in a similar context is an asset
  • Very good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, word) programs
  • Fluent in English and Arabic (verbal and written form

  • Analytical, synthetic and planning capabilities, initiative, flexibility
  • Communication skills (written and oral), good interpersonal skills, ability to build networks
  • Knowledge file management, transcription, and other administrative procedures
  • The ability to write reports
  • Team player
