Job Description
Required: Operations Engineer - Control Officer
Location: Liquid casting station
Key Responsibilities:
1. Vessel unloading/shipping procedures: following up on received shipments, coordinating with the import office and the port authority to ensure proper procedures.
2. Car unloading/shipping procedures: Monitoring the progress of loading operations, issuing permits and ensuring that safety standards are applied.
3. Stock management: tracking inventory and sending periodic reports to customers.
4. Coordination with the Port Authority: Ensuring that all required procedures are implemented effectively, including car reservations and discharge operations.
5. Customs procedures: Coordination with customs to obtain the necessary permits and adhere to official procedures.
6. Communication with customers: Ensuring excellent service and updating customers on ongoing operations.
7. Administrative work: organizing and managing documents and preparing daily reports related to operational operations.
Job Requirements
Required qualifications:
• Bachelor of Chemical Engineering or Bachelor of Science in Chemistry
• Practical experience of not less than 5 years in the field of operating industrial or liquid casting plants.
• Full knowledge of customs procedures and port operations.
• Strong knowledge of operating systems such as SCADA and industrial control systems.
• Excellent skills in managing work teams and communicating with customers.
• The ability to deal with occupational safety and health procedures.
