Job Description

Job Summary:
The Operations Coordinator is responsible for managing daily workflows, ensuring seamless execution of operational tasks, and supporting cross-functional teams. The role involves monitoring orders, tracking team performance, managing administrative tasks, and ensuring accurate task distribution across shifts. Experience with ERP systems—preferably Odoo—is essential for managing operational data and ensuring process efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Order & Process Management:

  • Monitor incoming orders and ensure they are processed in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Identify workflow gaps or delays and implement solutions.
  • Ensure that deadlines and quality standards are consistently met.

2. Team Coordination & Support:

  • Oversee attendance, daily task distribution, and shift handovers.
  • Support and guide team leaders and members to ensure smooth operations.
  • Communicate expectations clearly and provide feedback when necessary.

3. Performance Monitoring & Reporting:

  • Track individual and team KPIs and performance metrics.
  • Analyze trends, identify inefficiencies, and suggest improvements.
  • Generate routine reports on operational performance and challenges.

4. Technical & Administrative Oversight:

  • Operate and manage ERP systems effectively—Odoo experience is highly preferred.
  • Use Microsoft Office tools to prepare reports, track workflows, and manage documentation.
  • Participate in the implementation of system updates and process enhancements.

5. Administrative & Travel Coordination:

  • Book flights and travel accommodations for staff as needed.
  • Support administrative duties including data entry, filing, and documentation.
  • Organize logistics for meetings, team events, and operational training sessions.

 

 

Job Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2–3 years of experience in an operational or administrative coordination role.
  • Hands-on experience with ERP systems (Odoo preferred).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
