Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented HR Specialist to join our growing team in Cairo. The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of experience in human resources and a good understanding of HR principles and practices. This role will be responsible for supporting various HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and HR administration.
Job Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Implement the recruitment cycle, from posting job ads to conducting interviews and onboarding new hires.
- Maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy in HR systems.
- Assist with the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
- Support employee relations activities, including addressing employee inquiries and resolving conflicts.
- Administer employee benefits programs and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
- Coordinate training and development programs for employees.
- Prepare HR reports and metrics as needed.
- Assist with performance management processes.
- Contribute to HR projects and initiatives.
- Stay up-to-date on current HR trends and best practices.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of proven experience in a similar HR role.
- Understanding of Egyptian labor law.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Very good in English.
