Job Description
✅Inform other employees of visitors' arrivals or cancellations.
✅Act as the first point of contact for visitors, Receive daily phone calls.
✅Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail/deliveries and distribute mail.
✅ Monthly and weekly reports.
✅ Maintain a Professional Reception Area.
Job Requirements
- 1-3 years relevant experience in administration.
Bachelor's degree Holder.
Excellent communication, and negotiation skills.
Ability to maintain a positive attitude and Presentable.
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
