Job Description

  • Greet and welcome visitors, guests, and event participants with professionalism and warmth.
  • Manage the front desk by answering incoming calls, responding to inquiries, and directing visitors to appropriate departments.
  • Maintain visitor logs and ensure all guests are registered according to security protocols.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to facilitate smooth check-in and check-out processes for events, camps, and conferences.
  • Handle administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, managing correspondence, and organizing front desk documentation.
  • Assist with event logistics by providing information, distributing materials, and supporting guest needs.
  • Monitor and maintain the cleanliness and organization of the reception area.
  • Respond promptly to guest requests, complaints, or emergencies, escalating issues as necessary.
  • Support the Human Resources and Site Management teams with administrative duties as required.
  • Ensure compliance with Beit El Wadi’s policies and uphold the organization’s values in all guest interactions.

Job Requirements

  • 3-4 years of proven experience in a receptionist or front desk role, preferably in hospitality, events, or similar environments.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Arabic and English.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to manage a busy front desk.
  • Professional appearance and demeanor with a customer-oriented attitude.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with office equipment (e.g., printers, copiers, phone systems).
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
  • Flexibility to work full-time, under a long-term contract, and on-site as required.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to interact effectively with diverse visitors and team members.
  • Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality service.
