Job Description
- Managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating appointments for staff.
- Providing essential support to both employees and visitors.

Job Requirements
- 1-2 years of proven experience as a receptionist, front desk representative, or similar administrative role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Arabic and English.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with keen attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and office equipment.
- Punctuality and reliability in attendance and task completion.
- Flexibility to support additional administrative tasks as needed.
- Ability to work under pressure
