Operation Specialist

* Receive the shipping request and open the shipping file .
* Communicate with the customer to review the booking with him and find out the customer's requirements before shipping .
* Filling in the cost request data and submitting it to the accounts
* Review and confirm the authenticity of all shipment documents and complete what is missing from them if any.
* Choosing the appropriate power of attorney and trip as the client needs .
* Receive and review the shipping authorization, set the appropriate loading date and discuss with the customer .
* Follow up the loading and arrival date of the car to the customer with sending all shipping requirements .
* Prepare the papers for customs to open the certificate and hand it over to the extract while following up on the procedures by phone
* Receiving the final papers of the shipment from the customer, reviewing them and handing them over to the extract to complete the customs procedures and follow-up delivery of the shipping authorization for the power of attorney .
* Finalizing the shipment and sending it to the power of attorney, which entails receiving the final draft bill of lading and reviewing it with the client
* Preparing the origin draft and also sending it for review with the client until all documents are approved 
* Prepare all the documents required to extract the certificate of origin and hand them over to the extract, provided that they are extracted on the same day and delivered the next day ( if there is a delay, the cause of this is approved)
* Follow-up of the exit of the ship to withdraw and review the bills of shipment and the withdrawal of policies after the approval of the accounts .
* Sending the papers on arrival after completing all the client's requirements on them and reviewing them well by international or local mail as requested .
* Follow-up of the ship in its arrival to the customer and ensure receipt of the goods
