Job Description
- Receiving required papers form new employees.
- Issue employment contract and declaration of personnel.
- Explain company personnel policies, benefits, and procedures to employees.
- Issue bank accounts for new hiring employees.
- Ensuring that all employees’ files and records contain all employment papers
- Issue social insurance form No.1 and form No.6
- Calculating value of the Mandatory governmental payments monthly and yearly
- Ensure all probation period and contract renewal
- Receiving outsourcing employee’s documents and filing it.
- Dealing with all outsourcing companies regarding to outsourcing employees requests
- Adding finger print and personal data to new employees on attendance system and deleting the resignation
- Adding the attendance transactions of employees on time attendance system
- Issuing access cards
- Collecting the data of stationery from all departments and making PR’s
Job Requirements
- 2 - 4 years of experience in a relative position.
- HR Diploma or HR certificate from a reputable center.
- Solid understanding of labor legislation and payroll process
- Males only.
- V. Good Command of written and spoken English.
- Excellent Communications and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft office.
