Job Description
- Manage and coordinate daily office operations to ensure organizational efficiency.
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, phone calls, and mail.
- Schedule and organize meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for executives and staff.
- Prepare, format, and proofread documents, reports, and presentations.
- Maintain and update filing systems, both electronic and physical, for easy retrieval of information.
- Assist in the preparation and distribution of internal communications and announcements.
- Greet and assist visitors, ensuring a professional and welcoming office environment.
- Order and manage office supplies, ensuring adequate inventory at all times.
- Support the administrative team with various tasks and special projects as needed.
- Ensure confidentiality and security of sensitive information and documents.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of proven experience as a secretary, administrative assistant, or similar role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work efficiently under pressure.
- Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
- Professional demeanor and strong interpersonal skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
