City Glass, a leading manufacturer of Tableware products, is seeking a highly skilled and experienced “Production Continuous Improvement” to join our team
1- Manager QTY

Job Summary:
Analyses the Production’s processes and makes suggestions on how to improve. They work with production team, production planning team and mould factory team to recognize opportunities, implement changes, and sustain improvements, Identifying opportunities for process improvement, waste removal, and cost reduction.
Job Responsibilities:
- Reduce production item weight through cooperate with mould factory and production
- Increase glass surface polishing
- control machines speed & parameters
- Glass heat treatment follow up
- Control furnace pulling
- Sure from plungers & molds quality (dimensions – polishing)
Job Requirements
- Job Requirements
- BSc at Engineering / Production / Mechanical Production.
- At least 5 years’ experience in the same roll for manager and 3 years for specialists.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, collaboration, project management and influencing skills
- Demonstrated problem solving skills with service orientation
- Demonstrated strong leadership, team building and inclusion abilities as well as sensitivity to diverse cultures
- Must possess the ability to work independently with minimal coaching
- Fluent Business English.
- Results-oriented and attention to details.
Location:10th of Ramadan City.
