Job Description
- Supervise daily production activities to ensure efficient workflow and adherence to schedules.
- Monitor and maintain quality standards for all manufactured sheet metal products, especially cable tray and ladder systems.
- Coordinate with engineering, maintenance, and supply chain teams to optimize production processes.
- Lead, train, and motivate production staff to achieve performance targets and maintain a safe work environment.
- Implement and enforce health, safety, and environmental policies and procedures.
- Analyze production data and prepare reports on output, efficiency, and quality metrics.
- Identify and resolve operational issues to minimize downtime and maximize productivity.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives by recommending and implementing process enhancements.
- Ensure proper use and maintenance of machinery, tools, and equipment.
- Maintain accurate documentation of production activities, incidents, and compliance records.
Job Requirements
- Minimum of 4 to 10 years of experience in a production or manufacturing supervisory role, preferably in the electro-mechanical or sheet metal industry.
- Proven ability to lead and manage production teams in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, quality control, and safety regulations.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Demonstrated problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Familiarity with production planning and inventory management systems.
