Job Description
- Efficiently operate and monitor high-speed production machinery to ensure continuous output and meet daily production targets.
- Proactively monitor machine performance to detect and address potential issues before they cause downtime.
- Perform routine and preventive maintenance tasks, such as cleaning, lubrication, and basic part replacements.
- Diagnose and resolve minor mechanical or operational problems with a high sense of urgency to minimize line stoppages.
- Conduct regular inspections of products using measuring tools to ensure they meet strict quality standards and specifications.
- Adhere to all company safety protocols and procedures, including wearing required personal protective equipment (PPE).
- Accurately complete production logs, maintenance reports, and other necessary paperwork.
Job Requirements
- Proven experience as a machine operator in a high-speed manufacturing or production environment.
- A strong understanding of machinery, basic mechanics, and the ability to perform minor maintenance and repairs.
- Ability to read and understand basic technical manuals, safety instructions, and production forms written in English. Can communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.
- Excellent troubleshooting skills with a focus on quick and effective resolution to maintain uptime.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
