Job Description
- Supervise daily production operations to ensure adherence to quality standards and production schedules.
- Coordinate and lead production teams, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback.
- Monitor equipment and machinery to ensure optimal operation and promptly address any malfunctions.
- Implement and enforce safety protocols and GMP within the production area.
- Collaborate with quality assurance and maintenance teams to resolve production issues and minimize downtime.
- Maintain accurate production records, including batch documentation and inventory tracking.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory requirements, and standard operating procedures.
- Participate in audits and inspections, supporting continuous improvement initiatives.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in pharmacy, chemistry, industrial engineering, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in a pharmaceutical or manufacturing environment.
- Strong knowledge of GMP, safety standards, and regulatory compliance.
