Job Description
- Oversee and manage all automotive logistics operations, ensuring efficient and timely delivery of vehicles and parts.
- Develop and implement logistics strategies to optimize supply chain performance and reduce operational costs.
- Coordinate with suppliers, manufacturers, and internal departments to streamline inbound and outbound logistics processes.
- Monitor inventory levels and manage warehousing operations to ensure accuracy and availability of automotive products.
- Analyze logistics data and generate reports to identify trends, forecast demand, and recommend process improvements.
- Lead, mentor, and develop logistics team members to achieve departmental goals and maintain high performance standards.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements, safety standards, and company policies related to logistics and transportation.
- Negotiate contracts with logistics service providers and evaluate their performance to ensure service quality and cost-effectiveness.
- Resolve any logistics-related issues, such as shipment delays, damages, or discrepancies, in a timely and effective manner.

Job Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years and maximum of 7 years of experience in automotive logistics, supply chain management, or a related field.
- Proven track record in managing logistics operations within the automotive sector.
- Strong leadership skills with experience in managing and developing teams.
