Job Description

  • Develop and execute wholesale sales strategies to achieve revenue and market share targets within the automotive sector.
  • Lead, mentor, and manage the wholesale sales team to ensure high performance and professional growth.
  • Establish and nurture strong relationships with automotive dealers, distributors, and key business partners.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify new business opportunities.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with wholesale clients to maximize profitability and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with supply chain and logistics teams to ensure timely product availability.
  • Prepare and present regular sales forecasts, performance reports, and market analysis to senior management.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to develop promotional campaigns and support new product launches.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and ethical standards in all wholesale operations.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance sales processes, customer service, and operational efficiency.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in automotive wholesale
  • Demonstrated success in managing wholesale operations and achieving sales targets.
  • Strong leadership skills with experience managing and developing sales teams.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain strategic business relationships.
  • Solid understanding of automotive market dynamics, distribution channels, and customer needs.
  • Analytical mindset with proficiency in sales forecasting and market analysis.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
  • Proficiency in using CRM systems and sales management tools.
