Job Description
We are looking for a Marketing Specialist (PR- Media Buyer - creative and skilled Social Media Content Creator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, filming, editing, and posting engaging content across various social media platforms, with a focus on creating high-quality reels, posts, and videos. This role requires someone who can create visually appealing content that aligns with our brand and engages our audience in a professional and fun way.
- Conduct market research to find answers about consumer requirements, habits, and trends
- Brainstorm and develop ideas for creative marketing campaigns
- Assist in outbound or inbound marketing activities by demonstrating expertise in various areas (content development and optimization, advertising, events planning, etc.)
- Liaise with external vendors to execute promotional events and campaigns
- Collaborate with marketing and other professionals to coordinate brand awareness and marketing efforts
- Plan and execute initiatives to reach the target audience through appropriate channels (social media, e-mail, TV, etc.)
- Assist in analyzing marketing data (campaign results, conversion rates, traffic, etc.) to help shape future marketing strategies
- Undertake individual tasks of a marketing plan as assigned
Job Requirements
- Proven experience (minimum 5-6 years) as a content creator, social media manager, Media Buyer, or video editor, with a strong portfolio showcasing social media content.
- Expertise in filming, editing, and producing high-quality videos, including Reels and short-form content.
- Proficient in graphic design tools such as Canva, Adobe Photoshop, and Illustrator, and video editing software like Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and content optimization strategies.
- Creativity, attention to detail, and a passion for producing high-quality, visually engaging content.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to capture the brand’s voice and engage with the audience effectively.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple projects at once.
- Experience with motion graphics and animation is a plus.
- Knowledge of SEO for social media and analytics tools like Google Analytics, Instagram Insights, or Facebook Analytics.
- Basic photography skills with the ability to capture compelling photos for social media.
