Job Description
- Study and review all project contract documents including the time schedule, design drawings, and Bill of Quantities (BOQ).
- Prepare and modify shop drawings, ensuring coordination and timely approval from the project consultant.
- Coordinate civil and architectural shop drawings with electromechanical components to prevent conflicts.
- Identify and report any unexpected technical difficulties or construction issues to the Technical Office Team Leader for resolution.
- Collaborate with the procurement department to identify and evaluate qualified suppliers and subcontractors that meet the project's technical requirements.
- Monitor daily project progress against the planned schedule to ensure timely and efficient execution.
- Supervise site activities to control costs and ensure adherence to the project budget.
- Perform quantity surveying to validate the accuracy of materials and resources consumed on-site.
- Prepare and follow up on client and subcontractor demands, including variation orders (VOs).
- Manage all document control activities related to the site, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records.
- Perform any other related duties as assigned by the direct manager.
