Job Description
Develop and execute sales strategies to promote CCTV, Access Control, and physical security systems to the clients.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and partnerships with contractors, integrators, end users, and consultants.
Lead, train, and motivate the sales team to achieve targets and expand market reach.
Maintain a High Level of Product and Vendor Knowledge.
Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging security technologies.
Track sales performance and provide regular reports to senior management.
Job Requirements
- Sales experience in physical security systems (CCTV, Access Control, Intrusion, Parking Systems and Gate barriers,etc.).
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets in the physical security industry.
- B.SC. in Communications or Electronics Engineering from a highly recognized educational university.
- 10 years of experience in the same field.
