Job Description
- Manage payroll process and ensure submitting payroll and payments within the SLAs.
- Provide clients with payroll reports.
- Calculate monthly payroll transactions.
- Supervise and ensure employee bank account opening.
- Manage database updates in sort of new hires and resignations.
- Update both social and medical insurance status.
- Ensure statutory compliance for EOR accounts.
- Prepare a monthly personnel report.
- Manage and supervise archiving all documents and employee paperwork.
- Validate employees’ requests and proceed upon eligibility.
- Finalize forms registration and exit in social insurance offices.
- Handle labor offices’ visits and complaints.
- Manage payroll and personnel team cost, forecast yearly budget, and monitor budget consumption on monthly basis.
- Enhance team members’ skills and technicalities.
- Record and manage team members performance appraisals, provide continuous feedback, and track result.
Job Requirements
- A higher degree in any discipline.
- From 3 to 5 Years of experience as Payroll and Personnel Specialist.
- Certificate in HR is preferred.
- Labor law and Social insurance law.
- Experience in outsourcing industry is preferred.
- Very good English level.
