Job Description
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Sales & Marketing Coordinator to serve as a pivotal support for our sales team and elevate our brand presence. This role is deeply integrated into our sales processes, focusing on robust CRM management, lead nurturing, and critical follow-ups on quotes and tenders.
Additionally, you will be responsible for enhancing our digital communication and ensuring the seamless execution of marketing events. The ideal candidate will be a professional, proficient in CRM systems, skilled in digital content management, and adept at coordinating complex logistics.
Job Description
- Manage Salesforce CRM data. Keep sales records accurate and up-to-date.
- Track the status of sales leads. Monitor progress and ensure updates from Sales Engineers.
- Follow up on quotes and tenders. Support Sales Engineers.
- Execute Digital Marketing activities:
- Manage and update the company's LinkedIn page.
- Post product news and updates online.
- Ensure consistent brand messaging across digital platforms.
- Engage with potential customers in email marketing campaigns and other media.
- Plan the company's participating in upcoming exhibitions. Arrange all event details logistics, marketing activities, send event invitations and support sales team planning.
- Provide general administrative support. Assist sales and marketing teams.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree preferred. In Marketing, Business Admin, or related field.
- 1-3 years experience in sales support/marketing.
- Must have strong Salesforce CRM experience.
- Proven Digital Marketing skills (especially social media/LinkedIn).
- Event/exhibition coordination experience is a plus.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills (Arabic and English).
- Proactive, problem-solver. Works well independently and in teams.
