Job Description

Sales Strategy Development: Develop and implement a robust sales strategy that aligns with the company's goals and objectives, focusing on business consulting services and Odoo ERP solutions.

Lead Generation: actively seek out and generate leads or prospects through various means such as networking, cold calling, email marketing, and attending industry events.

Proposal Development: prepare and present proposals and pitches to potential clients, outlining the company's products or services and how they can meet the client's needs.

Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team to achieve individual and team sales targets. Foster a high-performance culture through coaching, training, and performance management.

Market Expansion: Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the client base. Develop strategies to penetrate new markets and industries.

Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.

Sales Forecasting and Reporting: Monitor and analyze sales metrics, prepare regular sales forecasts, and provide detailed reports to the executive team. Use data-driven insights to refine sales strategies and tactics.

Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, product, and consulting teams to ensure a cohesive approach to market positioning and client engagement. Provide feedback on market trends and client needs to inform product development and marketing initiatives.

Negotiation and Closing: Lead high-stakes negotiations with prospective clients and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets.

Brand Ambassador: Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to enhance brand visibility and credibility.

Risk Assessment: Assess potential risks associated with new business opportunities and develop strategies to mitigate them.

Job Requirements

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field

Advanced Qualification: Professional certification such as MBA.

Total required experience: Proven track record in sales with at least 7 - 10 years of experience with at least 3-5 years in a leadership role within the business consulting or ERP software sector.

Technologies and tools:

Familiar with Odoo ERP or similar ERP systems.

Skills and Capabilities:

▪ Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

▪ Strong customer service orientation with excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills.

▪ Familiarity with ERP software / Odoo solutions and their application in various industries.

▪ Be prepared to demonstrate the ability to generate leads, negotiate contracts, and close deals.

▪ Exceptional attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy.

▪ Proven ability to effectively manage teams, ensuring deliverables are met and resources are optimally utilized.

▪ Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.

▪ Proficient in CRM software and sales analytics tools.
