The Role: We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented individual who will lead Sales. As a Senior Software Sales Account Manager, you will be responsible for meeting, leading and building strategy to meet Business targets. You will be the Customers’ interface and cater their demand. In addition, you will be required to identify new business opportunities within the field. The candidate will possess a proven track record in business sales and growth within the software / Tech Industry, 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Utilizes product and market knowledge to identify prospective customers for selling.
  • Have knowledge and analytical thinking to support in building the strategy for penetrating in new market space.
  • Source of market information like market price, competition landscape, vendor base etc.
  • Have ability to propose different solutions outside of set parameters to address market demand.
  • Uses internal and external sources for product and market intelligence.
  • Identify and define a portfolio of potential customers and engage with them to expand the customer base.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to understand client needs and tailor solutions accordingly.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies.
  • Ability to negotiate contracts and agreements, ensuring favorable terms for the company.
  • Developing Sales expertise across Middle East.
  • Work on policy and ensures delivery across large and/or diverse sales territories.
  • Interprets internal and external business challenges and recommends best practices to improve products, processes, or services. Utilizes understanding of industry trends to inform decision making process.
  • Leads others to find creative solutions to address complex projects, product lines, markets, sales processes, or customers. 

Job Requirements

Required Qualification & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Engineering or other related field
  • Minimum 8+ experience in similar role.
  • Significant leadership experience in Sales and Business Growth in software Sector
  • Strong track record in submitting/drafting financial and technical offers, whether directly or for tenders.
  • English proficiency required
  • Deep understanding of the software /Tech landscape.
  • Proven track record of sales success and building out new markets/customer.
  • Flexibility to travel up to 50-60% to follow up with customers.
  • Extensive track record of sales success in projects & commercial and building out new markets/customer

  • Strong team building skills. Ability to build relationships, trust, and interface effectively across multiple organizations and businesses

  • High energy self-starter. Strong attention to detail. Strong problem-solving skills
  • Vendor selection and relationship development experience
  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Office – Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint
  • Strong business acumen and executive presence
  • Knowledge of the Tech industry or similar operations and services business models
  • Ability to work in a matrix environment, influence and motivate diverse teams to achieve a unified goal
