Job Description
- Conduct market research
- Identify new business prospects
- Conduct outbound sales calls to potential leads
- Book meetings with potential leads for the BD Manager
- Conduct sales visits with the BD Manager
- Analyze clients’ needs during the sales meetings and recommend a customized solution according to the client’s needs
- Tailor sales presentations with the recommended customized solutions
- Coordinate with operations team and marketing department for new sales or upselling
- Write proposals
- Write contracts, protocols of cooperation, and agreements
- Maintain strong relationships with current clients
- Build new relationships with new clients
- Maintain a strong clients’ database
- Achieve the monthly sales target
- Prepare sales reports
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree
- At least 2 years of sales experience
- Passion for sales
- Excellent command of the English language (speaking, writing, listening, and reading)
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Excellent research, communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- The drive to be creative and innovative in selling and upselling
