Job Description

Job Title: HR Generalist

Position Type: Full-Time

Reports To: HR Manager

Job Overview: We are looking for a proactive and experienced HR Generalist with a minimum of 2 years of experience. Candidates with prior experience in the cosmetics industry are highly preferred. The HR Generalist will handle various HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment and Onboarding:

Coordinate and manage recruitment processes, including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and offer management.

Facilitate onboarding processes to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.

Employee Relations:

Act as a point of contact for employees regarding HR policies and procedures.

Handle employee grievances and support a positive work environment.

Performance Management:

Assist in implementing performance appraisal systems and development plans.

Monitor employee performance and provide support to enhance productivity.

HR Operations:

Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.

Assist with payroll, benefits administration, and HR reporting.

Job Requirements

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

Minimum 2 years of experience as an HR Generalist or in a similar role.

Prior experience in the cosmetics industry is highly preferred.

Strong understanding of labor laws and HR best practices.

Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.

Proficiency in MS Office and HRIS systems.

Additional Requirements:

Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.

Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

A proactive approach to improving processes and employee satisfaction.
