Job Description
- Manage the full employee life cycle: onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and offboarding.
- Oversee attendance, leaves, and HR compliance through Zoho People.
- Support recruitment activities (posting jobs, screening, scheduling interviews).
- Handle employee relations matters, ensuring fair and consistent resolution.
- Coordinate training, development, and internal communications.
- Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant employee information.
- Maintain HR records and generate reports for management.
- Ensure compliance with Egyptian and KSA labor laws.
- Contribute to HR projects, policies, and initiatives to support SG Group’s growth.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
- 2–4 years of HR experience (preferably in retail, beauty, or service industries).
- Hands-on experience with Zoho People is a must.
- Strong knowledge of Egyptian labor law; exposure to KSA labor practices is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities.
