Job Description

  • Manage, Acquire, and grow a portfolio of client accounts, ensuring high satisfaction and retention.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the client base.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships by understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets monthly, quarterly, and annually.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and successful delivery of services.
  • Handle client inquiries, concerns, and feedback professionally and efficiently.
  • Using CRM tools, maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and progress.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competition, and market conditions to adapt strategies accordingly.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor degree in Business or relevant
  • Key account management skills
  • Age between 25 to 40
  • Experience in sales minimum 5 years in account management's and sales
  • Preferable to be have a background or experience in banks, post office and telecommunications.
