Job Description
- Identifying new project opportunities through networking, tenders, and specialized market sources.
- Building strong relationships with clients, developers, and consultants to ensure business continuity and repeat contracts.
- Analyzing market trends and competitors to identify client needs and strategic directions.
- Preparing and presenting technical and commercial proposals in coordination with the tendering and pricing teams.
- Participating in contract negotiations to secure the best possible terms for the company.
- Following up with clients post-contract to ensure satisfaction and support future collaboration opportunities.
Job Requirements
- Minimum 4 years of experience in business development within construction companies, preferably in the MEP field.
- Solid understanding of the local construction market and strong connections with developers and consultants.
- Proficient in reading tender documents, including BOQs, specifications, and drawings.
- Excellent communication skills in both Arabic and English (spoken and written).
- Ability to prepare technical and commercial proposals in coordination with internal teams.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office; knowledge of AutoCAD, Revit, or CRM tools is a plus.
- Strong negotiation skills and professional client handling.
- Must have a valid driver’s license and own a car.
- Able to work under pressure and achieve monthly business acquisition targets.
- Engineering background (Mechanical or Electrical).
