Job Description

  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy through the development, engagement, motivation and preservation of human capital.
  • Maintains knowledge of trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and new technologies in human resources, talent management, and employment law.
  • Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource department.
  • Setting the company’s organization chart, grading system and salary structure.
  • Organize & Manage new employee orientations and employee onboarding.
  • Manage the recruitment, selection & talent acquisition process and implement the workforce plan.
  • Manage and oversee the job analysis and job evaluation system.
  • Overseeing exit interviews, employee disciplinary meetings, and investigations.
  • Oversee and manage performance management system that drives high performance, creates learning and development programs and initiatives that provide internal development opportunities for employees.
  • Identify the training needs, apply and monitor training programs
  • Implementing and revising the company’s compensation program to maintain a competitive pay plan and benefits program.
  • Conducting annual salary surveys.
  • Developing, revising, and recommending personnel policies and procedures
  • Maintaining and revising the company’s handbook.
  • Maintaining department records and reports.
  • Provides support and guidance to HR generalists, management, and other staff.

 

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • 15 years of experience, preferably in the construction field.
  • Excellent English both verbal and written.
  • Excellent MS Office.
  • HR diploma/certificate is a plus.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent leadership and management skills.
