Job Description
- Manage the different digital marketing activities to achieve the Marketing, Communications and Branding objectives
- Plan the strategies and manage the execution of all digital marketing activities including social media marketing, GDN, SEO, and email marketing
- Lead the development of all campaigns and collaborate with agencies to ensure a consistent brand across the different channels
- Plan and execute A/B tests to enhance the customer experience and conversion rates
- Identify trends and insights for optimizing the campaigns' spending for better performance
- Manage the digital marketing budget for the agreed campaigns, and maintain high level of financial accountability
- Measure and report the performance of all campaigns, and assess the results against the targeted KPIs
- Evaluate the end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and the different customer touch points
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing or an equivalent experience
- Min 5 years of hands-on experience in planning and executing the different digital marketing activities
- A proven track record of successful Digital Marketing campaigns
- Experience in digital marketing for the Real Estate industry
- Experience in identifying target audiences and creating digital campaigns that create awareness, engage, and drive sales
- Experience in handling the Digital Marketing of startups is a plus
- Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics and WebTrends)
- Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices
