Job Description
Core Responsibilities
- Set the annual activation strategy and plan for the whole year in line with the overall marketing strategy and desired positioning.
- Lead the annual planning and execution of medical conferences strategy and all medical events.
- Build CHG equity amongst the medical/scientific community as the place to work in and as a leader in medical knowledge dissemination.
- Work closely with the sales team and act as the linking-pin between marketing and sales and provide promotional support to sales force.
- Align, brief and coach sales team on new messages and programs with all supporting material.
- Work closely with individual hospitals within CHG portfolio, to analyze/assess specialties performance.
- Identify specialties performance gaps and their root cause to devise programs and plans to address them.
- Build a comprehensive loyalty/acquisition programs for consultants at all seniority levels by addressing all relevant drivers and barriers and align with private sales to market them to consultants.
- Responsible for all communication material selection and content directed towards medical professionals at all levels.
- Keep stock of all medical marketing material ensure that they are up-to date.
- Monitor and track the medical marketing Budget and expenditure.
- Develop medical content & presentations that will be used by the sales team and any specialized material presented in events.
- Responsible for building and managing brand reminders/giveaways inventory for professionals at all levels.
- Work closely with the communication marketing manager to provide medical content based on their communication strategy.
Job Requirements
Education:
• Degree in Medicine/Pharma
Needed Specialty: (Two applicants are required for the following specialties)
- One for oncology specialty.
- One for surgery, particularly in bone and orthopedics.
Experience and Skills:
• Fron 5 to 7 years of experience in similar roles within Hospitals, Pharma or Medical devices marketing.
• Strong analytical skills and comfort in deriving meaning from numbers
• Strong language and presentation skills
• Ability to lead and motivate a team of Specialty managers.
• Persuasion through data/facts and common sense
• Very good communication and presentation skills
• Willingness and ability to build something new from scratch and see it grow.
• Can articulate and critique own work and ideas
